New bright 2 bedroom apartment in Playa de las Americas is located on a fourth floor with spectacular sea views and excellent sun exposure. There are also many parking lots near the apartment and it is convenient for every need. I have availability for those who book in advance and come as a group of up to 10 people from another identical apartment in the same building.
